HOW TO USE
  1. Dry your teeth thoroughly.
  2. Take the long strip off its backing and press the sticky side onto your upper teeth. Fold the excess behind your teeth to hold it in place.
  3. Do the same with the short strip on your lower teeth.
  4. Leave both on for 30 minutes. Don’t eat or drink while they’re on.
  5. Peel the strips off and throw them away.
  6. Brush away any purple gel that’s left and rinse your mouth well.
WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. For oral use only. Do not swallow the strip or whitening gel. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Stop using it if any oral irritation or sensitivity occurs. Use only as directed. Do not use on irritated, injured or inflamed gums. Consult a dentist before use if you have existing dental problems or are undergoing dental treatment.

How long do I keep them on?

Thirty minutes. Dry your teeth first, press the long strip onto your upper teeth and the short one onto your lower teeth, then leave them be.

Don’t eat or drink while they’re on. When the time’s up, peel them off, brush away any purple gel that’s left and rinse.
How do I know if these are right for me?

It depends a little on what is making your teeth look dull in the first place.

Most everyday discoloration is a film on the outside of the tooth, left by coffee, tea and red wine. That surface staining is what these strips are made for. Staining that sits inside the enamel, from age, an old injury or certain medications, is a different thing, and a strip won’t reach it.
