Terms of service

This website (hereinafter – “Website”) and any other products labeled under the brand name ASUNO are operated by Wire Salad OÜ, which is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Estonia (company reg. No. 16105764) with a registered address at Harjumaa, Tallinn linn, Hobujaama tn 4, 10151 Estonia, European Union (hereinafter – “Company”, “Us”, “We” or “our”).

These terms apply to orders placed on or after that date.

1. These Terms

1.1 These Terms of Sale govern every purchase you make from us through this Website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1.2 You must be at least the age of majority in the country where you live and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You buy as a consumer, that is, for purposes outside any trade, business or profession, and for your own personal use. The Website is not intended for business customers, and the Products are not sold for resale, redistribution or any other commercial purpose. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for making sure they are aware of these terms.

1.3 We do not sell services or digital content through the Website, and these terms are written on that basis. If we ever add other types of products, we will set out any additional terms that apply to them at that time.

2. The Products

2.1 We sell food supplements and related products under the ASUNO brand (each a “Product”). Our Products are currently supplied as gummies, transdermal patches and oral tablets; we may add other Products and formats over time, and these terms apply to all of them unless we state otherwise for a particular Product. Our Products are not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

2.2 We describe each Product as accurately as we reasonably can. Images are illustrative. Results vary between individuals and we do not guarantee a particular result.

2.3 Nothing on the Website is medical or dietary advice, and our Products are not a substitute for professional medical care or for any treatment prescribed to you. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have an allergy or a medical condition, check the ingredients and speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use.

3. Packaging and Seal

3.1 Each unit is supplied in a sealed pack that you must open to reach the product inside.

3.2 The pack carries a tamper-evident seal. Removing or tearing it breaks the seal. Breaking the seal affects whether that unit can be returned.

4. Pricing, Payments and Charges

4.1 The final price for the Products, inclusive of all applicable taxes, is the price shown on the checkout page where you complete your purchase. That price does not include any import fees, duties or customs charges that your local customs authority may apply; where these arise, they are your responsibility.

4.2 Prices shown on the Website may change from time to time, and we may apply discounts or reduce prices. Any change takes effect when published and never affects an order you have already placed.

4.3 We may modify or discontinue the sale of any Product. Except for our obligations under an order already placed and your mandatory consumer rights, we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a Product.

4.4 The price shown to you at checkout is the amount payable to us. Depending on your country and on how your order is fulfilled and shipped, the tax treatment of your order may differ, which is why customers in different countries may see slightly different prices. Where sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes applies to your order, it is included in the price shown at checkout.

4.5 You pay using the methods we offer at checkout. You confirm the payment method is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

5.1 You may buy each Product as a one-time purchase or on a subscription. A subscription renews automatically at the frequency you select at checkout, at the recurring price shown for your plan, until you cancel.

5.2 Before you start a subscription we show you, clearly and before you pay – the Product, the recurring price, the billing frequency, the date of the first charge, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel. The price and renewal terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply.

5.3 You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support at support@asuno.com. Cancellation stops future charges and deliveries. It does not by itself entitle you to a refund of a Product already dispatched.

6. Discounts

6.1 From time to time we may offer discounts on our prices. For example, you may be eligible for a discount as a first-time buyer, or if you give us your email address and agree to receive our newsletters.

6.2 Applicable discounts may change from time to time. We give the details of any discount when we announce it.

6.3 We may start, change or end any discount at any time. Where a discount is announced for a stated period, we honor it for that period.

7. Delivery

7.1 We deliver to the countries shown in the delivery selector at checkout. If your country is not listed there, we are not able to deliver to you. Estimated delivery charge is shown before you confirm your order.

7.2 We deliver without undue delay and within 30 days. If we miss an essential delivery date or fail to deliver within a further reasonable period you set, you may cancel and we refund you in full.

7.3 If delivery fails because of repeated failed attempts or an incorrect address you supplied, we may treat the contract as cancelled and refund the Product price less our reasonable, evidenced costs.

7.4 Shipping may also be affected by customs, natural events, transfers to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transport strikes or delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by these events.

8. Returns

8.1 You may return a Product within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, provided its seal is intact. The 14 days run from the day after you receive the Products.

8.2 To return, tell us clearly within the 14 days at support@asuno.com, then send the Products back within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of return.

8.3 We refund the price of the returned Products and the standard delivery cost you originally paid, within 14 days of being told you are returning. Where you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only up to our standard cost. We may hold the refund until we receive the Products back or you show they have been sent.

9. Opened Goods

9.1 The Products are hygiene sensitive. A unit whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, and the 14-day return right does not apply to that unit.

9.2 This applies per unit. Breaking the seal on one unit does not affect the others in the same order – unopened units remain returnable under section 8.

9.3 By completing your purchase you confirm you were told, before ordering, that opening a sealed pack ends the 14-day return right for that unit.

10. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

10.1 The Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their ordinary purpose. If a Product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy – replacement, a price reduction or a refund – under the consumer law that applies to you.

10.2 These rights are separate from the 14-day return right and are not lost by opening the seal, by use, or by the passing of the 14 or 30 days. To claim, contact us at support@asuno.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photographs or for the Product to be returned, at our cost where it is faulty.

11. Products Sold for Personal Use Only

11.1 The Products are sold for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, lease or otherwise commercially exploit any Product you buy from us.

11.2 Our Products are intended for use as described on the pack. Follow the stated intake or usage guidance and do not exceed it.

12. Use of the Website

12.1 When using the Website, you must:

(a) not use the Website or its contents for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
(b) not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit any Product or Website content;
(c) not copy, reproduce or distribute any content of the Website without our written permission;
(d) give honest and accurate contact, billing and order information; and
(e) not interfere with the proper working or security of the Website.

12.2 If you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, we may decline or cancel orders and refuse further sales. This does not affect any refund or return rights you already have.

13. Changes to the Website and Prices

13.1 We may change, update or withdraw the Website, the Products offered, and our prices and offers at any time. We do this for reasons such as new products, supply changes, promotions, or commercial and operational needs.

13.2 Any change to price or offer takes effect from the time it is published and never applies retroactively to an order already placed. The price and terms that apply to your order are those shown at checkout when you confirm it.

14. Our Liability

14.1 We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not limit or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under product-liability law.

14.2 Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1 With regards to these terms, intellectual property rights mean such rights as trademarks, copyright, domain names, database rights, design rights, patents, and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered (“Intellectual Property”).

15.2 All Intellectual Property displayed on the Website or provided to you in any other form are protected by law. You may not copy, repurpose, or distribute any Intellectual Property or any other content received from Us or found on the Website, including Products’ descriptions, for any purpose, without our express written permission.

15.3 You may not use, copy, scrape, download, or otherwise access any content from this Website (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and metadata) for the purpose of developing, training, or improving any machine learning model, artificial intelligence system, or other automated data processing tool, whether directly or indirectly. Any such use, including by automated means such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

16. Privacy and Reviews

16.1 We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We use your data to perform the contract, take payment, deliver, and handle returns.

16.2 Where we publish testimonials or reviews, we may show them without the customer's full name or photograph, or using only initials or a first name, to protect the reviewer's privacy. Where a name or image is shown, we display it only with that customer's consent. We do not present a review as coming from a genuine customer unless it does.

16.3 We collect customer reviews through several channels, including direct submissions on the Website, post-purchase email surveys, account feedback forms, and third-party tools. To keep reviews genuine, we use verification measures – such as linking a review to an actual purchase or requiring the reviewer to be signed in – and we monitor for fake or automated reviews. When we publish reviews, we do so in line with applicable data-protection law.

16.4 Reviews may be moderated before publication. We may decline to publish, or may remove, a review that contains unlawful, offensive, abusive, private, confidential, clearly false or misleading content, or content unrelated to our Products or customer service. We may also remove disease-treatment claims, medical advice, or other claims we cannot lawfully publish.

17. General

17.1 Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event continues for more than a reasonable period, either of us may cancel the affected contract and we refund sums paid for Products not delivered.

17.2 Changes to these terms. We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you order.

17.3 Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the rest continue in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by the closest valid one – never below your mandatory consumer protections.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

18.1 These terms have been construed in accordance with EU laws regulating consumer rights. These terms and entire legal relations between you and us shall be subject to the law of the Republic of Estonia, except where if the consumer relations regulating laws would set a specific applicable law or jurisdiction.

18.2 If you have a complaint, contact us at support@asuno.com and we will try to resolve it. We will use our best efforts to settle any complaint as quickly as possible and in a way that is fair to you. If we are unable to reach an amicable settlement you may submit your complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) operating under the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), address Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia, email info@ttja.ee, telephone +372 667 2000, website www.ttja.ee.

18.3 Before asking your bank or card provider to reverse a payment (“chargeback”), please contact us first and give us a fair chance to put the matter right. Many chargebacks arise from issues we can resolve directly and more quickly, for example a delivery or billing query.
