Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe there is an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
